Everything was excellent. The staff were kind and very helpful, especially Khaleel, Tawfeeq, and Ali, as well as the woman from the housekeeping staff. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel was very clean. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Hamra, with everything close by. I had a great experience overall.

What went well? Everything. I have been staying at the Rotana Gefinor since 2007 and have witnessed a lot of improvements of the facility and internet - both the reliability and speed. What has been always exceptional? The personnel. There are still employees I remember from my first stay, which says it is a good place to work. Every single one, both the "veterans" and new guys are just amazing, flexible, positive, supportive. My flight days and departure times were frequently changed this time, however, all these changes affecting my check-in and check-out were accommodated. I would like to mention Ms Bouchra by name, she handled my last check-out changes and taxi booking and arranged everything in no time. My "like" part would not be complete without praising the Reservation department for support and managing all arrival changes. Currently, I have no new projects that would take me to Beirut but hope it was not my last trip. And if it were, I have a treasury of wonderful memories.

Although short, I enjoyed my stay at Hamra Garden: the staff were always attentive and welcoming, the communication was great from the very beginning, and the shared room was clean. There's also drinkable water on every floor, which was great. I'll definitely consider staying there again.

Welcoming staff, good buffet breakfast, correct quality/price ratio, good location for going, even on foot for a 30-40 min. walk, to Martirs Square Statue, Zaituna Bay and Corniche - Raouche Rocks. A very good choice for exploring Beirut and feeling Lebanese hospitality! Best wishes from Romania!

Fourth stay at Caramel Boutique Hotel and once again a great experience. Clean, comfortable rooms and a very pleasant atmosphere. Special thanks to Moustafa at the reception for his warm welcome, professionalism, and excellent service. Always a pleasure to stay here—highly recommended and I’ll definitely be back.

My favorite part of my stay here was the staff! Ali, Hassan, and the others are so helpful and sweet, they really made a positive impression on me for my first time in Beirut! The room itself was so nice - it's huge, with very comfortable beds, an amazing balcony, and a really large bathroom. The location is also perfect and it's in the main tourist area (Hamra) and a pretty short walk to the corniche, rouche rocks, and tons of restaurants and cafes. The hotel also has a great restaurant with a peaceful terrace where I ate for a couple nights of my stay. I highly recommend this place and will be back the next time I'm in Beirut!

Fantastic stay at this new hotel. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The location is excellent and made everything easy. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming throughout my stay. On top of that, the price was very good for the level of quality and care they provide. You can really feel the passion and effort behind this place. Highly recommended.

The room was comfortable and although I was there only one night, I can imagine staying there for a long stay because there was a mini kitchen. Not far from Paris Avenue and shops! All the good stuff.
