Excellent location, hospitality. Aunt Soad, Mike, Jocelyne, Hisham. Very hospital, cheerful, warm welcoming with smile and they loved to help me in everything. The location view on the mountain is great, calm and I advise the people visiting broumana to book in the hotel. All restaurants and supermarkets very close to the hotel. They offer nice Lebanese breakfast, which I ordered and had in the balcony.

The hotel is indeed authentic and has an old charm. The location is wonderful, you would need a car to get to places around. Room is generally clean and spacious. The staff are also very helpful and nice.

The property is conveniently located in the center of the city, easily accessible by taxi and uber services. The staff were very helpful and friendly; made our stay very pleasant and welcoming. The views from the balcony are amazing with the sea views, city skyline and sunsets. The lobby is furnished beautifully, perfect for meetings of any kind.

I loved how hospitable the staff was! They were very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were comfortable! Although the facilities are very old and out of date, Ioved that the rooms were clean. Clean bed, tables, bathroom. Everything was clean, just very old and worn out. The pool was very clean and they had 2 lifeguards there. You can have food delivered from anywhere right to the pool side which was great!
