Beautiful house with amazing scenic views. Comfortable rooms with cushy beds and visually appealing decoration. In-house food service was terrific and the staff was incredibly pleasant. Highly recommend.

Wow wow.I travelled for my 30th birthday.They upgraded my room , and prepared a birthday cake for me. The reception team was extra friendly and helpful given i was a solo traveller. I had the best view of the mountains and the waterfall. It was the best gift to myself to be honest.Will i be back again? ABSOLUTELY

The hotel was fantastic: as we arrived during the night, we were able to check in. The room was large and comfortable, with beautiful views and a great breakfast. The staff was attentive to all our requests, organizing a day guide for us and warning us against a scam. We couldn’t be happier with our stay.

Exceptional Stay at Twin Villa Red! The room and the property looked exactly like the photos — beautifully maintained and truly luxurious. The bed was super comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. I also ordered dinner from their restaurant, and it was full of flavour and perfectly cooked. The staff were professional, polite, and very friendly. Truly worth the money! I’ll definitely recommend Twin Villa Red to anyone visiting Nuwara Eliya, Sri Lanka. My stay was beyond expectations — simply amazing!

I loved the panoramic room we stayed in. The view was absolutely stunning and the atmosphere of the resort was calm and relaxing, and on our last day they upgraded us to a suite, which made the experience even more special. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The property is solidly built. The cold wind was howling around the whole night but the building withstood all the battering without a complaint. The trees all round were getting huge battering. The rooms were spacious and bathrooms were modern with some nice lighting. The wooden floors were sparkling clean and the staff would have taken tremendous amount of efforts to keep it that way
