It was an incredible and stunning place. Everything was amazing - the staff, the food, the rooms, the views around. Amazing. What a pity that we spent so little time here. I want to go back to Sri Lanka just because of this place and its stunning beauty and silence.

Staying at this hotel felt like stepping into an old movie full of authenticity and elegance. The atmosphere was both luxurious and comfortable, with quick and friendly service all around. We were a group of different ages, even with teenagers, and everyone loved it—some of us didn’t even want to leave the hotel! I stayed at the Owner’s Cottage, and the room, the view, and all the details were simply amazing. The manager, Mr. Krishantha, was extremely kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Our stay included breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner, so we barely had to spend anything extra. All of the staff were more than wonderful. This will definitely not be our last visit!

We arrived at Summerhill Bungalow in pouring rain, which didn't stop throughout our two night stay. It was actually a blessing as my husband and I just stayed in enjoying the lovely calm atmosphere of this historic house, playing pool, reading and generally relaxing and enjoying the peace. Most of all, Shimal, Raoul and the team made us feel so welcome. They looked after us so well throughout our stay, even putting hot water bottles in the bed when the evenings got chilly. The food was delicious, much of it based on produce and herbs from their own garden.

i loved the fantastic service here. From the moment we arrived, checked in and breakfast and checking out. We were very well cared for in every aspect. The entire place is exceptionally clean. Fantastic location just beside a supermarket. The manager Mr Malinda specially prepared us breakfast and tea. He took special care to ensure we knew some affordable places to get meals or sights to see. He is very thorough with everything. I see all the staff taking so much pride in their work.
