A special thank you to Manager Bertrom, who anticipated our needs before we even expressed them, both for business and leisure , which made our stay effortless. Also, Hiram, the lovely and gracious restaurant manager, and the welcoming reception team added such a warm and personal touch. The food was excellent, noticeably better than what we’ve experienced at many other hotels. This hotel should truly be an example to others. We felt cared for at every level, and it made all the difference.
