We stayed at Maya Tangalle for three nights and honestly it was exceptional. The service was so good it felt like they secretly trained for the Olympics of hospitality. Everything was personal, thoughtful, and somehow always perfectly timed. The food was unreal. Easily the best Sri Lankan food I’ve had, the kind that makes you rethink every mediocre meal you’ve ever tolerated. Sampath and Prashath were hospitality personified. Sampath kept doing these quiet little things that made the whole stay feel special without ever trying too hard. And the property itself is just stunning. The kind of place that slows your brain down and reminds you what peace feels like. If I could bottle the vibe of Maya Tangalle, I would.

I had such a relaxing stay at Kadella Eco Villa. The place is surrounded by beautiful nature — quiet, clean, and full of calm energy. You can really feel the effort they’ve put into keeping everything eco-friendly and comfortable. The owners were kind and helpful, always smiling and making sure I had everything I needed. It’s the perfect spot if you want to escape the noise and recharge. I’ll definitely come back again!

This is a 1000/10 gem place! Absolutely perfect in any sense: amazing location, high quality and clean place, 100% comfortable, the best room/toilet/shower (BEST shower I had in Sri Lanka!!!) great breakfast, amazing rooftop with swimming pool, friendly and SUPER helpful staff ❤️ - I LOVED IT ALL! I could literally live in Cielo for ever!!!

Great place to stay in Hiriketya, would highly recommend! Fathers place has a great location. It's a short walk (max 10 minutes) to Hiriketya beach, all the restaurants, bars and shops. It's an even shorter walk to the start of Dickwella beach on the other side. And it's quiet so great for sleeping! The place recently opened, so everything looks good and is clean. Comfortable room with airconditioning, hot shower, small fridge, everything you need. They also have a small pool and offer breakfast. The manager Thinu was very nice and helped us with anything we needed like tuktuks and laundry. We booked for 3 nights and extended another 3 nights. Look no further!

I was initially hesitant to book this hotel after seeing its only review rated 6/10. However, I quickly realized that rating was far too harsh. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The hotel itself is of a high standard, with fantastic facilities. The pool and sunbeds were excellent, providing a relaxing environment. Breakfast was outstanding, offering a great selection of both Sri Lankan and Western options. We loved our stay.

What a beautiful, luxury villa right near the beach! We had an amazing stay here. The hotel itself is gorgeous and the rooms are spacious and comfortable with a modern design. The pool was delightful and there are enough loungers for everyone. The Sri Lankan breakfast was plentiful and delicious. All of the stay were super attentive and because this is such a small hotel you receive personal service and feel very well cared for. Highly recommend!
