We stayed at Royal Lion Hotel during our trip to Kandy and had a great experience! The rooms were spacious and clean—just wow! Beautiful hotel in the center of Kandy. The rooms are really clean and comfortable. I enjoyed having a kettle to make some tea or coffee. Harsha and the entire staff were so friendly and genuinely care about their guests’ experiences. He even gave me a ride to a restaurant since it was raining and helped organize some local activities. Close to lots of restaurants, the lake, and the temple. I would stay again. Istuti!

It's a new property in Kandy so I wanted to try it out and I have no regrets. It's located very close to KFC, Burger King and many other supermarkets and shops. We had a great time shopping around. Saminda is the manager and he was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. Very homely vibes. Would definitely recommend to all travellers.
