Everything was great, the host very helpful but the main thing about this place is the surroundings. It's located basically in the middle of a small jungle so you can see lots of exotic animals and birds... It's like heaven on earth. Great value for money

It was a Nice Stay I stayed here for 6nights Timely Room Cleaning and highly located on the Main Road .Bathrooms were neat and clean Highly Recommended Mr.Nazeer Owner of the property is highly Helpfull at all times .Must Recommended in future

Rooms were spacious. Upon late check out request, they allowed us till 3pm.

The host was very friendly and accommodating. After we complained we did not like the room we got (tiny bathroom), he moved us to much nicer one. AC was good and the room was spacious. The location is perfect if you are coming to Colombo to do visa extension - only few minutes' walk from the offices.

Not cleaning Toylet and room also

We really enjoyed our stay at Kings hotel for multiple of reasons. The hotel is clean and tidy, and everyone was super helpful and polite. Location is excellent, at night it was quiet and not far from centre. Managers are very friendly and happy to assist and help with any issues. Highly recommend, if you want safe, comfortable, good priced and nice located stay! They do really care about their guests. A huge thanks to everyone who works there. Definitely going to stay there during our next visits to Colombo.

The place had a nice vintage vibe to it. It was like it stepped into the past. The room was specious. The common space was wonderfully decorated. The pool was also nice. The staff were very cooperative and well behaved.

Simply the best I would say. Very cooperative staff at the property. Pubudu, Gerald and the chef (couldn’t ask his name) they were all gems !

Such a beautiful boutique stay in Colombo. The property has so much character and feels thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details, from the art and antique style furniture to the peaceful courtyard and open spaces. It felt calm and elegant without trying too hard. The room was spotless, comfortable and very cozy for our one night stay. Breakfast was genuinely excellent, one of the best we had during the trip. The staff were also warm, welcoming and attentive throughout. It felt like a hidden little sanctuary in the middle of the city.
