Very quiet and clean. Breakfast was truly amazing - very rich with one of the best coffees i’ve tried. Slept like a baby on a most comfortable mattress. Oh and i loved the view and the size of the room. Me and my wife we took the biggest room (40 sq m) on the 8th floor - worth every penny 😉 Cheers.

Nice and clean room on the third floor with a small balcony overlooking the street. There is a burger joint just at the foot of the hotel and a convenience store just across the street. There is also a pizza restaurant just across the street along with a self serve carwash at the hotel. The hostess was friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to our traveling friends.

Lovely, nicely decorated, well equipped comfortable place, perfectly located in the cute old town - with the best restaurants and cafés right on the same street and free parking under the windows. I was sad to leave, to be honest! Will definitely have to come back.

We did travel from Vilnius to Tauragė, then Šilutė, Telšiai...

We did travel from Vilnius to Tauragė, then Šilutė, Telšiai and Last big city was Marijampolė. We were amazed how good looking is this city, I mean parks, walkways, streets in city and surrounding areas were well maintained. The people were amazing too.

We ( 4 family members) travelled for a family Christening in...

We ( 4 family members) travelled for a family Christening in near-by village. Other family members stayed elsewhere in and around Marijampole. There are some lovely parks and riverside walks, both in the centre and on the outskirts. It was clean and public areas apeared well maintained. It felt a safe town to walk around We did not have the time to visit any 'tourist' hotspots e.g. museums but would love to find out more about the history of Marijampole and Lithuania. It was interesting, however, to view older Eastern Bloc buildings alongside modern buildings We used a hire car so can't say if the public transport is easy to use. Roads MUCH quieter than UK and good condition. There were adequate shops, both chains and indiviuals We used local restaurants and cafes close to accomodation, all adequate for our reasonable elementary needs We have all said we would gladly go back to Marijampole and to also stay in Vilnius as part of a longer trip ( NB- most of photos taken had family members in so not appropriate to add to review, henc the not-very-exiting pics )

Marijampolė seems to be a wonderful place!

Marijampolė seems to be a wonderful place! Tiny old streets, original buildings, town squares decorated with flowers and statues, fantastic drawings on the walls. We always pass it while driving back to the Netherlands, but this lovely city is more than worth of paying a longer visit.

The street art festival happening there for 9 years has transformed the city into a celebrity show-case. Wall paintings are incredible. The town is small enough, so all is concentrated and easy to visit walking

A simple but functional room (two beds, two bedside tables, a TV unit, a small wardrobe, a fridge, a small table with a kettle, two cups, two spoons and three tea bags) and a bathroom with a sink, toilet and a shower. The property is located away from town center and the busy streets but everything is nearby: bus stop, shops. The grounds of the hotel complex ( hotel itself, bowling center and a restaurant} are very clean and nicely landscaped.

We spent quite a few days at this place for a work assignment in Marijampole. My colleagues were very happy with the conditions provided, so we made a new reservation with the same host. Great communication and a very clean, tidy space influenced our decision. We definitely recommend this place to future guests. Many thanks to the host!

The hotel is located close to the train and bus stations. The room is large, clean, there is shampoo and soap in the bathroom. The owners respond to messages quickly. To check in, they send you a code for the front door. For the money, overall it’s almost perfect.
