We got exactly what we were hoping for. This is an amazing place if you're looking to step away from modern comforts and slow down for a while. The house is over 100 years old and full of character — it has a real sense of history that you just can't find in newer rentals. The territory is wide and open, giving you plenty of space to spread out, wander, and breathe. We spent an afternoon grilling outside, and the setting made even a simple meal feel special. But the highlight was the evenings: lying in hammocks by the fireplace, watching the flames and listening to the quiet of the night. It was the kind of peaceful, unplugged experience that's hard to come by. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to disconnect and enjoy something authentic. We'll definitely be back.
