In its picturesque location, with woods, a lake/reservoir, and walks, the hotel is a fine option for visiting Kaunas, which does not seem to be strong in good hotels. My room was quite large for an affordable price. The ground floor contains a roomy restaurant and bar that don't seem to attract foreign tourists, but give the impression of being deeply embedded in the life of people who live nearby, making for an attractive atmosphere that is enhanced by the efficient and cheerful servers. Somehow the hotel breathes decency.

Featuring a bar, Moxy Kaunas Center offers rooms in Kaunas, a 16-minute walk from Kaunas Zalgiris Arena and 200 yards from Kaunas State Drama Theatre.
