The staff was super friendly and made me feel welcome from the start. The breakfast was only 30 DHS and surprisingly good. I really appreciated how clean the pool and the room were. The location is calm and ideal for relaxing after surfing or exploring the area.

They had a yoga teacher come and give us a class. We could see the waves from the accomodation. They cook dinner for you which is a very reasonable price. Staff are sound, very friendly, and a good laugh. Breakfast is included. Very close to a lovely cliff walk. Really pleasant place.

The cactus surf is honestly the best place I have stayed while travelling. Super comfortable, and well thought of. They had everything that I needed for the stay, and were there to help with every question that I had, Location is perfect, 2-5 min walk from the beaches, restaurants nearby. The highlight of this place is the staff, all so welcoming, accommodating, helpful and kind. They are in it for the people! Huge thank you to everyone at cactus, you are 10/10 hosts/people! Highly recommend!!

Our host Achraf was great, welcoming, super chill and the staff was so kind. We ate an amazing couscous one evening. Great vibes, amazing sea view from our room, and the place is totally new and clean. You can also rent different size surf boards and Achraf gives great surf classes :) Happy about our stay, we would come back!

I had such an incredible time at this surf camp. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the breakfast every morning was both delicious and super healthy. The highlight for me was definitely the terrace—the view is absolutely beautiful! We spent so much fun time up there playing board games and enjoying amazing Gnawa music sessions. Location-wise, it’s perfect since it’s right near the best surfing spot in town. Plus, it’s super convenient that you can rent your surfboards and wetsuits directly from them. Highly recommend!

This was truly one of the best stays of my life.

This was truly one of the best stays of my life. The place exceeded my expectations in every way—comfort, cleanliness, and overall experience were outstanding. The apartment is beautifully decorated with great care and attention to detail, which really made it feel special. A special mention to Mr Khalid, who is an exceptional host—very caring, professional, and welcoming. The property is very well maintained and located in a peaceful and scenic area, making it perfect for relaxation. At the same time, there are multiple music and dance activities within walking distance, which adds to the experience. The restaurant and common seating area in the basement are also very well designed and comfortable. I felt a real sense of peace throughout my stay. Having travelled to more than 30 countries, I can confidently say this ranks among my best experiences. The views from both the room and the restaurant are beautiful—simply beyond words. For the price, you truly get 5-star hotel-level facilities. I would absolutely love to stay here again and highly recommend it to others—110% recommended.

If you like to stay in a small quiet, surfing-oriented town...

If you like to stay in a small quiet, surfing-oriented town where everyone seems to know each other (are everyone is friendly, as in the whole country), I'd recommend Imsouane. If you like to party hard at the end of the day, you should keep looking for other places :)

Beautiful little coastal town.

Beautiful little coastal town. We were only there for the surf. The bay is perfect for all level surfers, especially long-boarders. Beautiful cafes and restaurants around with epic Moroccan food as well as some western options. Everything is walking distance which is amazing.

🌊✨ Imsouane — where time slows down and the soul breathes ✨🌊 Tucked between rugged cliffs and rolling Atlantic waves, Imsouane is one of those rare places that feels untouched, timeless, and deeply grounding. Whether you're a surfer chasing the longest wave in Africa, a yogi in search of stillness, or a traveler wanting to unplug and reconnect, Imsouane has a quiet magic that gets under your skin. The pace here is beautifully slow — sunrise surf sessions, fresh fish straight from the harbor, golden hour strolls along the cliffs, and starry skies at night. It’s not a party town; it’s a place to exhale. Locals are kind and welcoming, the surf community is humble and open, and everything you need is within a short walk: cafés, beach shacks, viewpoints, and nature. There's an authenticity here that’s increasingly rare. After visiting many many countries, I can honestly say Imsouane is one of those few places I carry in my heart long after leaving. I will definitely be back!!

Lots of building works.

Lots of building works. In 5 - 10 years this place will be like the Bali of Morrocco. Some really nice chilled cafes and restaurants, some attached to hotels. Great views from the cliff tops so you can watch the surfing. Good vegetarian food, smoothies and drinks. Loved Imi Surf house for meals.

Very good spot for surfing, but keep in mind, that this is a village, and facilities there are limited. You have several restaurants, some shops (food, everyday necessities, souvenirs and surf stuff), surf rentals, a pharmacy, one doctor, one Western Union office and that's it. Pharmacy and one of the restaurants take cards for payment, the rest is cash only - make sure you bring enough with you. The surf lineup can be somewhat crowded during the high season.

Bob is working very hard to get this recently opened hostel perfect! 2 dorms and 2 privates are already done! He's so open to suggestions that i think this might become imsouanes best hostel soon! It's so clean, i slept like a baby and had the best shower ever since being in morocco. With a few more plates and cutlery the kitchen will be perfect and when it's not windy the rooftop is gorgeous. Add a little fruit to the breakfast and then that will be perfect too! Tnx for having me❤️

The hostel is very warm and comfortable! I loved the concept of this hostel, where you can find apartments for families and rooms for individuals! I would like to thank the Staff for their kindness, especially the Owner Mister Ahmed! You can find also all the needed equipments for surfing at reasonable prices, and the view from the roof is fabulous! Make sure to choose this hostel when you come to Imsouane!

Flooka was the perfect home base during our holiday in Imsouane. We enjoyed the comfortable room, modern surf house design, home-cooked meals, yoga class with Lara, and surf instruction by Ezzy. The property was located directly across from La Cathedrale surf break and a short walk away from the Bay, offering ocean views from the patio. Great place, people, and vibes—we can't wait to stay again!

I loved everything. This is a new hotel meticulously decorated, perfectly clean and with very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant serves what I found was the best food in Imsouane. The beds are very comfy and the walls pretty well isolated compared to all other places I have been. I will return.
