SpainI had an amazing stay at the Radisson Apartments, and it truly exceeded my expectations. Everything went smoothly from the moment I arrived. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, always going the extra mile.
I was so satisfied that I decided to extend my stay, and even in the busy month of August when everything is fully booked, Amin at the reception kindly helped me secure the extension. Rachid was also fantastic, giving me great recommendations and suggestions about the best things to do in the area.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I will definitely return again for sure. Highly recommended!

Nice small town to spend a quite vacation.
Nice small town to spend a quite vacation. The beaches are great! The locals are friendly and polite. The infrastructure is generally good. The nightlife is nice with plenty of options for family activities. There are plenty of rental properties for all budgets. There is room for improvement for the restaurants in my opinion. Will definitely come back.

Excellent hotel nothing but a positive environment and a great atmosphere in general. Reception are all lovely and well mannered as for the young boys working in the buffet. A huge thank you to the moroccan, fish and mediterranean restaurant staff, they’re all so kind and welcoming I couldn’t get all their names but i remember one named Soufiane in the mediterranean restaurant who was extremely patient with the children and skilled in his communication as well as Hakim head of the moroccan resteraunt who was so helpful and friendly. Last but not least a massive thank you to Asmae for being so helpful, attentive and accommodating to our needs months prior to our booking and on arrival.. This is our second time visiting this hotel and by far the best hotel we’ve been to in Morocco.

The bathroom needs work.
* shower enclosure needs repairs. (Doors and water runs under the enclosure)
* toilet seat is loose.
* Kitchen Doors need adjustments so they are in alignment..
Overall as I have traveled around 23 countries.
I was happy. I recomend the place

Positive: friendly staff, nice interior design, not so full, good bed, good kids bed, good quality of sleep
Negative: unfortunately there were many points of improvement. Overall I would characterize the hotel as “not well maintained”. It has everything to be a great hotel, but it misses cleanliness and motivation of the hotel staff: children seats in the restaurant and tables were always dirty, area next to the swimming pool had multiple objects, which stayed for days there and were not cleaned or thrown away (like used diapers, meal rests, plates, food leftovers). Lobby and the entrance area were clean, but as soon as you go further away it became dirty - for instance it was not possible to use the pool toilet, it was dirty all the time.
Rooms were nicely designed, but again dirty - we had hair in the shower upon check in, chairs were covered with dust, sofa was dirty.
No healthy drinks for kids at the restaurant - just water. The juice was always empty and was looking again dirty. At the breakfast one should ask for cereals and milk, otherwise they wouldn’t place it. Half of our group got stomach pain on the second day of our stay and needed medication to handle it.

It was relaxing, but I personally wouldn’t go again as for me it wasn’t a 5 star experience and our stay wasnt cheap at all.
It was a nice experience, the entertainment was very good and the staff are very nice, polite and accommodating.

We had a great experience at Iberostar. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which made our stay very pleasant. The hotel was clean, and the food was excellent. The rooms were spacious and nice, with a short distance to the beach, which was a big plus.
There was a wide range of activities and entertainment, ensuring there was always something to do. However, there was quite a bit of noise from the music and entertainment from early morning until late at night, which could be a bit disruptive.

I highly recommend staying at this apartment. If I ever come back to Saidia, I will definitely stay here again. This is the second time I’ve stayed in this apartment, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The place is very clean and comfortable. The staff were professional, polite, and helpful. The cleaning team kept the apartment absolutely spotless and tidy. I will come back again for sure.
