The people here are absolutely amazing. I did not expect the remoteness of this place. It is quite beautiful but very far off the road there are sand pits or in the road that if you are driving a rental car and not a 4x4 you will have trouble. They did have to help us twice to get our small Peugeot out of the sand. The rooms are beautiful very clean but I was expecting something with air conditioning so we left and went to a hotel nearby. So the only thing I would say to the people at this particular place is to fix the sand pits in the road and let people know that they're going to be driving quite a ways to get to you. But the kindness and helpfulness to get us to the place where I felt most comfortable oh my gosh out of this world. The concierge completely understood my needs and was very respectful of us and helping us find a place that I felt most comfortable so I would recommend this to anyone who would not mind being in the desert without any air conditioning and into it actually very beautiful remote place with very good people and unfortunately I didn't stay for the meals because I heard the restaurant is just excellent.

An amazing experience! Everything was well organized. We even could start with an earlier tour as we arrived earlier. We took the camels and our guide was really friendly, taking great photos and videos of our group while riding. Seeing the sunset and sunrise in the desert is a once in a lifetime experience you really should enjoy if you get the chance to do so. Joined a get together in the camp at the firplace with great music and dancing in the evening, had good food. We can really recommend this tour and would love to come back one day.

We had an incredible stay at Sunrise Palace. Everything was incredible. The hotel itself is gorgeous, the pool speaks for itself and those views - wow! Our room and bed were huge, clean & comfortable. The staff were wonderful, they attended to all our needs. The food was delicious & plentiful. Breakfast included bread, jams, honey, yogurt, fruit, pancakes, an egg tagine. Dinner started with a refreshing cucumber drink, bread & salad, then we had a vegetable tagine (tomatoes & courgette in melted cheese) and a beef tagine with prunes. The hotel sells red & white wine - just remember to ask for them to chill it if you want some. You can organise trips / activities with the staff if you wish. We would highly recommend staying here - we wish we could have stayed longer.
