The biggest advantage of this property is definitely the view. It is absolutely beautiful, and spending mornings and evenings on the terrace was a real pleasure. Another great advantage is that the apartment faces north. This means there is no direct sunlight coming into the dining area, and the bedrooms stay shaded throughout the day. The air conditioning works very well, and the indoor climate remains comfortable even during hot weather. The house is also spacious, quiet, and has a lot of potential. The host was friendly, responsive, and genuinely willing to help whenever we had questions. There are, however, a few things that could be improved. During our stay, the water supply was occasionally interrupted due to low municipal water pressure, and the backup water system didn't switch over automatically. Some of the apartment details could also use a little attention, such as the shower head, kitchen faucet, and dining chairs, which needed tightening. The most important thing future guests should know is that the property is located on a very steep hillside. Walking to and from the beach can be challenging, especially if you're travelling with a stroller, small children, or have limited mobility. If you're comfortable with steep roads, you'll probably be fine, but it's worth knowing in advance. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. With a few practical improvements, this could easily become an excellent place to stay.

Perfect. 5 star house, facilities, view, breakfast, location, and hosts. Owners Duško and Sonja were extremely welcoming hosts to our families (6 adults, 2 kids), and to great care to make sure we were comfortable, enjoyed our vacation, and were well fed with delicious breakfasts. The house was renovated to perfection with wonderful air conditioning to rest from the 40 degree summer heat, and the views of the bay, sunsets, and stars from the balcony and pool were magnificent. I especially enjoyed booking a boat trip for the 8 of us with Duško, for a private tour around the Bay. My Lithuanian in-laws, who usually don’t critique anything as better than “fine”, said they felt like millionaires, looking out from their room and private balcony.

The location is perfect. It's 10-15min drive to Rose, Djurasevici, Miriste... The place is very spacious and in quiet area, perfect for families. The view from the balcony was amazing, too.

It's a small place, very peaceful but there are not many shops or restaurants, also the beach is not for kids. Other than that a parking can be an issue cause streets are not many but are very steep and narrow.

Krašići is a lovely little village by the sea, with...

Krašići is a lovely little village by the sea, with beautiful views of the mountains and the Bay of Kotor. The water is clean, clear, and perfect for swimming, especially on a sunny day. The beaches are mostly concrete platforms, with a couple of small pebble spots, so it’s good to know what to expect. It’s a peaceful place where you can slow down, enjoy the fresh air, and simply relax by the coast. I really liked the calm atmosphere and the natural beauty all around.

The town was a big disappointment — the beach feels like a construction site, with houses and villas built right up to the shoreline. No natural shade, lots of concrete, and sharp stones when entering the water. Restaurants are overpriced with bland food. The price–quality ratio is terrible, and I wouldn’t return.
