Amazing location and stay. Exactly as advertised plus more. The villa itself is very clean and newly renovated with modern appliances, lighting, and everything else. The beds and bedding are fantastic and the amenities like the pool and washing machines were a great bonus. Most importantly perhaps was the great A/C in every room, could not stress this enough. Thanks again!

Quiet area with beautiful views from the hillsides.

Quiet area with beautiful views from the hillsides. Easy enough to get around, with beaches, shops, and adequate number of restaurants nearby. Easy access to Anse Marcel, Orient Bay, Grand Case and ferry to Pinel. Love the pizza restaurants, like Pepe's and the Super U is great for shopping when staying at a villa.

Serene and secluded hotel in “the hills” 15 minutes from the beach. Well designed, clean room with a comfortable fan, AC, and spacious balcony with view. Pool on site I didn’t use but looked like a nice alternative if you want a break from the beach. Free easy parking right out front. I loved that the property was only a handful of rooms/suites so it remained quiet, this would be a fun place to rent out multiple rooms with a larger group. Happy I stayed in this area of the island and rented a car.

Property was great and well equipped, great view, good restaurants nearby, property on the beach, grocery store and pizza place on the premises were very good. My taxi driver was confused finding the location, he needed to hear "the old Hotel Mont Vernon." Keep in mind that the restaurants on the beach close at 4pm or so.

This is my second stay at Studio St.martin. One of the main reasons is the location of the apartment. Short car drive to beaches on French Side and best of all 10minutes to Grand Case where you can find some of the best restaurants on the island. Then when you get you can relax overlooking the Cul de Sac water front.

I can’t recommend it enough. Wonderful location, amazing and friendly staff that includes the owner, and a beautiful hotel with clean and generous rooms decorated with great taste. The breakfast is also great, to start the days with energy.
