The host was very communicative, kind and helpful. Easy checkin with lockbox. Once we entered, I was so pleased! They thought of everything a guest might need-really, every amenity I needed and more was in the room. It's such a comfortable space, and the balcony is wonderful! I loved the gardens on the grounds as well. Easily walkable to town and fun to walk through the village. I highly recommend staying there if you find yourself in Kratovo. I felt very cared for when staying there.

The location was beautiful, and the owners were warm and welcoming. They have obviously put a lot of time and care into the hotel. The restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced, and they put in extra effort to make our toddler feel welcome and happy.

The food was excellent. One of the best porchetta ever eaten. The potato wedges were great as well. The staff was very educated, especially the receptionist who has helped me with printing the boarding pass.

Breakfast was great. Location was perfect for us as we were attending wedding event that took place at the same property. Can’t get better than staying in the room 100 ft away from the wedding party.

The hosts are generous and supportive, making you feel at home, Location was perfect for us as we were close to family where we visited. The apartaments are well equipped, good looking and what's most important clean. I highly recommend it and if I were looking for accommodation again, it would be this apartment.
