Great property direct on the lake, amazing restaurant inside with great fish and superb salads (probably the best carp I ever had). Perfect place to relax plus you can swim in the clean lake. Close to Orchid town. The staff is super nice. WiFi is perfect, breakfast was super big and tasty. Definitely place to be back to. Easy parking

Amazing stay, everything was beautiful, the service was professional and they went out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable, which is rare in the area. Plus they had a super cute cat with kittens.

The location is excellent. We especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. What truly made our visit special was the warm hospitality of the staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, especially Kate - her genuine care for guests made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Although this was only a quick stop for us, Hotel Biser exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed our time here so much that we will definitely be returning for a longer stay in the future. We highly recommend Hotel Biser to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and excellent value.

Host and his staff was so welcoming to Al guests, hotel and campers. Best I have encountered in my travels. Rooms were so clean and comfortable. The balcony view over the lake is just wonderful, especially at sunrise . Their restaurant was such a bonus, fresh foods, coffee, breakfast. There is a lakefront promenade to the town center. Sunrise Hotel and Campground is a special location/experience. Highly recommended.

We stayed in the Paris room, which was a good size for a family of 5. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The restaurant below serves delicious seafood dishes at reasonable prices, and the staff was very kind. The lake was just in front of the hotel and it was magnificent to swim in it, especially in the morning. We are looking to return next summer and stay longer.

Excellent hotel located in the heart of Struga, very convenient if you're coming by car as you don't have to worry about parking spot. Cosy, modern, new and clean with a wonderful restaurant/lounge bar on the rooftop with an amazing view.

Hoteli eshte i mrekullueshem, me lokacion ideal buze lumit Drin dhe afer Liqenit te Ohrit duke ofruar pamje te mrekullueshme dhe qasje te lehte ne atraksionet turistike te qytetit. Stafi eshte shume miqesor dhe i kujdesshem. Dhoma ofron rehati dhe pushim te kendshem. E rekomandoj kete hotel per te gjithe vizitoret e Struges.

The room was very clean and new, the sot was so nice and ready to reply anytime.

Location is great, the staff is very polite, they helped with the bags, it is very convenient because they have a pizza restaurant on the ground floor, so even when we were back late in the evening we were able to order food. Especially convenient if you travel with kids :)
