The rooms are big and comfortable. The hotel has it's own private parking which is very convenient in the center of the city. The staff at the reception was very helpful with a lot of attention to detail. They were very quick to respond to all of our requests.

Everything in the hotel was fantastic, and personnel was great…However we had one not good experience, my husband got an allergic reaction during the breakfast, at the moment we asked for medication, they couldn’t offer an emergency kit neither offered to call medical service. We had to search it by ourselves even though every hotel is required to have a basic energency kit…

Big room on the ground floor, best location near Old bazaar. Air conditioner and wifi work very well.

Spacious room, warm, light, well decorated, with an exceptional view of Ohird Lake and sunset at the old town. I was accommodated on the 3rd floor with an open view of the Lake Ohrid horizon. The breakfast was rich and varied (fresh fruits were included as well). Exceptionally professional and kind staff at the reception (Mrs. Kostadinka is a wonderful and very careful person) and in the restaurant as well. Free parking spot in infront of the hotel

Amazing balcony with beautiful views of the lake. We stayed in the Johnny Depp room and it was very spacious. We left the curtains open and just enjoyed the view on the cold winter days. It is also very walkable to restaurants and grocery stores too. There is a side entrance so you don’t have to walk through the restaurant. Super clean and well provisioned with towels and toilet paper. Highly recommend!
