The room was spacious and comfortable, AC all throughout the day, comfortable beds with a dedicated outlet and locker. The coworking space is spacious and comfortable with private booths available. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Great location walking distance to all sights. Offsite parking was close secure and easy with help from hotel staff. Perfect little pool to cool off in the cute courtyard.

Room was great, large and comfortable. Garden was fabulous and so was the pool and breakfast areas. 3 blocks from the cathedral which was a 5 min walk max. Perfect i would go back! Take advantage of the massage they offer - great 👍🏻.

Such an amazing place, beautiful rooms, excellent location, not in the middle of the main square (that was messy and dirty) and yet really walking distance from restaurants and everything. Lovely staff, everyone was so nice and smiling!

A beautifully designed property that utilizes the entire island on which it is situated. The design has an old world feel; and the grounds around the building are beautifully landscaped and curated to offer the most compelling frames for pictures of the lake. Especially at sunrise and sunset. The hotel is popular with day trippers who come from brunch or dinner and spend the day. So, guests staying over on the island during the off-season will generally have the property to themselves. As we did. We felt like a king and queen in our own palace. We had the entire hotel and staff to our selves. When we were late coming down for dinner, the waiter brought up our dinner to our room. When we were at the pool and they were looking for us for breakfast, the waiter came and brought our breakfast put to the pool area by the water's edge. It was a very unique and surreal experience, to say the least. But we lived it. King and Queen for 2 days. Breakfast was hearty. Typical Nicaraguan or typical American.

It is one block away from La Calzada. The room was big and comfy. Great for a romantic escapade.

The whole staff was great, from the beginning. Front desk’s attendants were extremely friendly and helpful. Ramon in the bar was exceptional making sure we felt at home from the moment we arrived, with a welcome cocktail, until the moment we checked out. Definitely recommend.

Great hotel, friendly staff, delicious breakfast included, clean comfortable rooms that have A/C, warm showers and cable. There is also a nice size pool and a bar. The location is very convenient...close to the central park and many restaurants. This place is a great value and I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Lovely pool which is shaded so perfect to cool down in. Nice breakfast included. Beautiful views from the rooftop. Really friendly and helpful staff. Large bed and incredibly comfortable.
