It has a good location, on the hill with a great view, but not too high though. Close to city center. Pleasant and helpful stuff. Free coffee and tea is a good bonus. Room is small, but this is compensated with a nice common hall.

The young lady who checked us in was so helpful with making our stay perfect. She brought a toaster to our room when we requested one and provided extra mattress topper for the fold out bed. Room had a lovely view of the harbour.

Breakfast was amazing, beyond expectation, prime location, bus stop right in front of the hotel. Enough space for the 4 of us in family room, toilet also spacious. Hotel staff was very kind to let our kids rest on the lobby sofa while waiting for our cruise even after we checked out.

Cozy room. Comfortable and the warm drinks and waffles were a nice touch. Close to the city center and many places to eat and explore were a quick walk.

I loved alomst everything about this hotel! It is great value for money. Clean, great location, excellent breakfast. The location is simply great. Just walking distance from the aurora tours which means when you arrive late in the night, you can just walk back. The hotel also responded timely to my late night message because I forgot to inform them we will be arriving back at 2AM from our aurora safari. The reception is manned 24 hours and the receptionist was very kind and helpful. In fact, the entire staff was just wonderful! I also used the Gym facility. It is a 3-4 minute walk from the hotel, but I was glad for this facility. What with the heavy snow, it was still great tobe able to get a workout in. The costs for the gym are not included in the booking but still great to have the opportunity to make use of the facility hassle free!

The receptionist provided excellent service, the breakfast was good, and we enjoyed a fantastic view from the restaurant terrace.

I can’t express how much I loved Tromsø and the place where I stayed. Only the bathroom and toilet were shared, but it didn’t bother me at all. The cleanliness was five stars! I loved my room, and thanks to the staff, I was able to check in early. Hot drinks were included, and they even offered laundry service for free.

Everything was perfect! Since first day that i arrived and checking in to the last day! Staff always there if you need them, room was super nice and clean with a view on the sea. Food delicious, always on time and a choice for everybody. Coffee available all day, Fika in the afternoon. I can really recommend this hotel!

We had a wonderful stay - the hotel was conveniently located to all of Tromso's major downtown attractions / restaurants and were walking distance to all tour stopping points. The soup available for dinner was great!

Cozy its feel like home , the staff really nice and kind especially sasski , the location in the city centre and near every thing, great breakfast, coffee and tea with delicious cake all day , and waffles 7 pm.
