BulgariaLoved the flexibility and prompt reaction! We booked the hotel 20 min before getting there - even if there was noone at reception (since it was Easter) we got the key and everything that we needed over the phone! The room was great, there was coffee, tea and snacks in the hallway, it was super quite and just lovely - we had a great time. Breakfast was served as agreed at 7.30 even on Easter Sunday and was very good. We enjoyed chatting with the lovely lady at the reception and reading the informative posters all over the hotel.
