An absolutely lovely hotel. Nice buffet for dinner (a bit expensive at 500 NK per person). The breakfast is great with the usual lunch meat and cheese (lunch for breakfast is a thing here) and eggs. Nice homemade bread. Our receptionist / bartender / waiter in the evening was an absolute delight. The white grand piano above the restaurant was a delight for my husband, who played before and after dinner to his hearts delight and the bartender enjoyed it. The view from the restaurant is amazing.

The stay at this historical hotel was probably the coziest experiences I've had in my life. Nice location, it seems as if it is in the middle of nowhere though it is right next to the highway. Great hiking/walking options directly from the hotel. Lovely breakfast!
