Beautiful property, from the colourful flowers throughout the garden and on the buildings themselves, the view of the surrounding valley, and the amenities in the rooms. Definitely a great location if your objective is to relax. The Nuwakot durbar square is walking distance (although currently under renovation). Otherwise there is not much around so expect to eat all your meals at the Farm (food is delicious, especially the local specialties).

Positive: The place is available by taxi from Kathmandu. Nice mointain view from terrace. Owner and staff were ready to help. The owner even lended his scooter for us. Neutral: Rooms are of decent quality, as expected from average country guesthouse around the world. They are not heated, the same as everywhere in the neiborhood, but hot shower is available. A bunch of routes in walking distance around: village+memorial park, temples, waterfall. Expect ~20 kph speed down the NH18 unpaved road, probably 4x4 only after rain. They served us huge plates of Dāl bhāt for each lunch and a dinner, for that charged additional 3 USD per serving per person at departure.

Staffs were co-operative.Food was very good and very clean. Location was perfect. literally I was able to see the whole kathmandu from the top of building. If anybody is looking for good hotel in the heart of kathmandu I would recommend everyone to go there.

It was like staying in a little oasis on the outskirts of Kathmandu. Still surrounded by nature while close to amenities. Loved the traditional feel of each area and rooms with a modern touch. The food was fresh and organic, really tasty and cooked to perfection 👌 The staff were so friendly and the family who own and run it couldn't do enough for us, very accommodating and even went out of their way to help my husband after he hurt his ankle. We were picked up and dropped at the airport. I would highly recommend staying here, I would stay here again.
