United StatesThe staff was excellent - very kind and helpful. The carafe of hot water to make tea was much appreciated after a long travel day. Although they did not speak English the son was proficient in Google Translate which was very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. The location was on a quieter street. Everything was as promised.
