I had an excellent stay at this property in Lahore. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming. The staff were exceptionally courteous, attentive, and always willing to assist, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and provided everything needed for a pleasant stay. I was also impressed with the quality of the breakfast—fresh, flavorful, and offering a good variety of options to start the day. Stayed here recently and honestly the experience was amazing. The rooms were clean, the staff was super respectful and cooperative, and the overall atmosphere felt really comfortable and peaceful. Service was quick, food was great, and everything was well managed. Definitely one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and quality stay.

Location is very good. People are friendly and helpful. Alot of complementary stuff in the room. Water, fruit basket and tea. Overall i would give 10/10 .. things I did not like could have been avoided by better communication at my end. I didn't use many services like gym, swimming pool, parking etc. As i was travelling for short time. Front desk lady very helpful.

I travel from Australia, and whenever I visit Pakistan, I always stay at Nine Tree. I’ve been visiting for the past two years, and I haven’t found such a clean and excellent environment anywhere else. Everything is up to international standards, and the staff is incredibly cooperative. Highly recommended, 100%!

The location was ideal.It was on gulberg road and within 2 mins walk there were restaurants and most importantly coffee shops

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed. A special mention goes to Ms. Eiza at the front desk, who was exceptionally polite, professional, and extremely helpful throughout my stay. Her guidance and positive attitude really added value to the overall experience. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. The environment was peaceful, and all amenities were up to the mark.

Excellent room and valet service. Breakfast selection was good. Beds were clean and comfortable.

Staff was very friendly , welcoming and the hospitality was great. The breakfast was delicious. Besides the breakfast there is a great rooftop BBQ restaurant. Everyone working there is really friendly. Beds where super comfy, they even have options for you to pick your favorite type of pillows! Excellent room service food.

Great place to stay in Lahore. Close to sights to visit, clean and incredibly helpful staff. I forgot my laptop here a couple of days age and they took care of it, wrote me a message and I was able to pick it up. Really lovely!!
