A Hidden Gem in Pissan! I had a truly wonderful experience staying at Rakaposhi Amin Hotel & Restaurant in Pissan. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed like family. The hospitality of the managers, Abid Amin and Asim Amin, was beyond exceptional — such kind, respectful, and down-to-earth individuals who go out of their way to make guests feel comfortable. The hotel offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains, clean and cozy rooms, and a peaceful environment that's perfect for relaxation. The restaurant serves fresh, delicious local food that left me wanting more — definitely one of the best meals I had during my trip! Whether you're visiting for a night or planning a longer stay, I highly recommend Rakaposhi Amin Hotel. The warm service, scenic beauty, and genuine hospitality make it a place worth visiting again and again. Thank you, Abid and Asim, for making our trip unforgettable!

Excellent location between Rakaposhi mountains which is definitely the best view you can get.. Their premises and rooms are uniquely styled to give you a cosy and luxurious feel at the same time.. Staff is highly welcoming and will even guide for nearby tours...Probably the best feature for me is their food... Excellent breakfast with juicy cherries and fresh apricot juices.. Their chef is superb cause aside from being great in local dishes, he actually made great chowmein and biryani (yes this coming from someone who is from karachi). It was a pleasure staying here and would definitely recommend and stay here every time we come to hunza

Stayed two  nights, before and after the Rakaposhi BC Trek. Really nice property and friendly staff. Everything was really new, clean and tidy. Can highly recommend!

Hands down, one of the most memorable stays I’ve ever had in Pakistan! While everything was exceptional, a few standout features made this experience truly unforgettable. The staff was genuinely warm and attentive, always checking in to make sure we were comfortable — making us feel truly pampered. One late-night emergency had us needing something urgently from the city, and despite being short-staffed, the management didn’t hesitate to help, even arranging personal transport. That level of care is rare in our country to be honest The location? Simply unbeatable. Waking up to panoramic views of Rakaposhi, the glowing valley, and surrounding mountains was surreal. The ambiance of the resort is artistically curated, with every corner thoughtfully decorated and barcodes linking to artist stories — a beautiful touch. The rooms are ultra-modern and tech-forward, equipped with Google Home voice assistants in every room — a first for any hotel in Pakistan! To top it all off, this is the first place I’ve stayed that truly offers value for money in a tourist hotspot like Hunza, where most 4-star hotels tend to overcharge. Stylish, smart, and sincerely hospitable — this resort has set a new standard

The whole Eco cabin concept, the vibe with the nature, and all the amenities and good food you can think off are present at Magpie. And to top it all off, the lovely hosts Uncle and Aunty were just amazing. They gave us a free upgrade to the Luxury Cabin, and also gave us Eidi on Eid day. The conversations we had with them were just amazing. Overall, it was a lovely experience and I would be coming here again and again! 10/10 recommended

-Staff: extremely kind workers. You really experience the hospitality of Hunza from the staff here. They were do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They're care for guests is something you would see in a 5 star hotel. They even connected us to drivers who can take us around hunza. They connected us to a driver, can't remember the name, but he was probably one of the nicest and kindest man we've met in Pakistan. We planned on a one day drive to Passau cones with multiple stops on the way. He was always caring for us and make sure our experience was the best it could possibly be. In fact, he added few other stops to our trip without extra cost because he wanted us to see the best of hunza. He took us to short hike to a glacier place that we didn't even plan or know about and it was one of the highlight of our trip. The next day, we wanted to go to fort in town by local bus. We ran into him on the street. He RAN all the way back to the hotel, came to us and picked us up and drove 15-20min to the main town WITHOUT taking any money. He refused to take any payments from us. I have never experienced such kindness from a human being. He is shy and doesn't really speak much english but we were still able to find ways to communicate. I can't recommend him enough. I can't remember his name but I'm sure if you ask the front reception they will know who it is. -The room: The room was very very clean. The bathrooms were very clean as well, which was nice. And they had hot water! Finally a place in pakistan with hot water. -The view: I'm sure most people come here for the view. And I have to say, I couldn't believe how beautiful it was. I would just sit outside the balcony and watch the sunset and sunrise over rakaposhi. -Restaurant: Food were incredible. You can ask for recommendation for local dishes and they will work with you on what to order. Our breakfast was included and were awesome!
