Everything was great. Front desk is only available 9-5 but After hours check in was easy. The oceanside view was great. There was hot water and free prkg was perfect. Coffee and crackers is a typical PR breakfast but I don't drink coffee so I went to the nearby panderia. Location was amazing, very close to El Yunque and on the beach.

I loved the clean apartment, very confy home. It has wifi, full equipped kitchen and the staff was awesome ! Very welcoming atmospher. Trully recommend. Had awesome time and just 2 minutes walk towards beach. Defenitely going again and again!

Between the expert advise and friendliness from Raul, and the thoughtful gifts that were left for us during our stay, we will never stay at another place In Puerto Rico! If you stay here and you don't go down to the corner liqueur store to mingle with the locals you are missing out! We went there every day and met some of the most amazing people we've ever met on vacation. Also the restaurant downstairs La Fonda was a daily stop for the amazing food and fun energetic environment. I can't say enough good things about Casa Maria!

An Amazing Stay in Luquillo – Highly Recommend!

An Amazing Stay in Luquillo – Highly Recommend! This apartment exceeded all our expectations! It's spacious and incredibly comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy living room with a Smart TV and WiFi — everything you need to feel right at home. Every bedroom comes with its own air conditioning and Smart TV with WiFi, which made a huge difference for a restful stay. We were even able to use the washer and dryer, which was such a convenient bonus. The outdoor space is a real highlight — there's a lovely patio perfect for relaxing outside and rinsing off your beach gear, plus a balcony with a hammock where you can unwind with a fresh breeze. Location-wise, it doesn't get much better: just steps away from one of the best beaches in Puerto Rico, with supermarkets, bars, and restaurants all within walking distance. El Yunque Rainforest is close by, and you're only about 15 minutes from Fajardo and the ferry terminal for Culebra and Vieques — making it the perfect home base for exploring the whole area. Everything about our stay was perfect. We'll definitely be back, and we recommend this place 100%!

Nice beaches in the area.

Nice beaches in the area. We liked the town and nearby restaurants in the town. Rental car needed to get around. However, we didn't spend much time at the Kioskos restaurant area as it was very crowded, even on weekdays.

Luquillo is very laid back so beach wear is acceptable...

Luquillo is very laid back so beach wear is acceptable everywhere. Very small town with perfect beaches. Limited dining options. Close proximity to El Yunque & Fajardo . Friendly town but small. Local restaurants up charge for tourists and down charge for locals so it helps to speak Spanish as well. Kiosks were not impressive. Menus were pricey compared to other kiosk pricing. Luquillo is all about the beach for us.

Great value for the price, basic room, no elevator, only 3 floors, no lobby, across the street from the beach, bathing and surfing. location is great close to many attractions. carabali adventure park, yunque, croabas its.

Selected to stay here because of its proximity to El Yunque. Found a great reasonably priced hostel/lodge on a lovely beach Cute town with some good restaurants. Would have liked to stay longer. Highly recommend.

Suprisingly nice blend of beach experience with the benefits of the local suburban community with the conveniences of grocery stores, gas, drug stores, etc. The local beaches are nice, Playa Luquillo and Playa Azul, have different feel, good beach experiences for north shore Atlantic Ocean side. The kioska at Luqillo Beach offer some good eats and drinks. This location is convenient by car to Fajardo, San Juan, and the Rain Forest.

So great!!! The location is perfect, 5 minute walk from the Luquillo kiosks and the beach. The hotel is really clean, the pool is lovely with lots of pool chairs in a mixture of sun and shade. The hotel restaurant is actually affordable and not super overpriced! Staff were extremely helpful. There is also a laundry room which means you can pop on a load and sit by the pool while you wait for it. Highly recommend!!

Nice place. Lovely view. Spacious apt w high ceiling. Genuine location with local life, including chicken, dogs, cats, lizards in the street. A nice colony of pigeons resting on window sylls. Area feels safe. 4 min walk W to stable bar (great location, open day time) and beach (and stream), and 7 min walk E to beach towards Luquillo. Best spot on NE PR. Good host. Stayed 17 nights. Would return.

The breakfast was ok. It includes packages of sweet and cookies/small bakery product selection, apples and coffee. We really like the location which is right at the beach and just a few steps from the hotel. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful in providing beach chairs and towers.
