Everything about this location is great. Close to the beach, plenty of restaurants in the area, and the private swimming pool with the waterfall is the cherry on top. If im ever back in arroyo ill definitely be coming back to this place.

It's a big house in a relatively quiet area in Guayama. The pool area is very impressive. We loved it and used it every single day. The beds were comfortable, and everything was super clean. The host was very active and prompt with their replies, which is a big plus.

Has an amazing view of the balcony direct to the ocean and star gazing at night. Swimming pool view to the ocean of breathtalking and so much refreshing. The morning refreshments and breakfast with informal conversation with the guests and host was simply amazing to feel right into the puerto rico culture. Beautiful environment and go about explore, eat coconut every day while driving to the beach. If you have a mic, then get it as they have a boom box and it will be fun doing karoake night with dance floor.

We were in Yabucoa for a wedding weekend and is A very nice , clean place , the Host was very nice and responsive and i would defenetly stay again!

This was a large, clean, attractive room with kitchen, including microwave, stove and full-size refrigerator. Sleeping space was ample with three beds, the wi-fi worked, the TV was relatively new and worked well, and the location (different from that shown on the Booking.com map) was very convenient with a parking spot available. The hostess was very sweet and extremely friendly and helpful. Much appreciated!
