I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything felt smooth, welcoming, and exceptionally well-managed. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed, providing the perfect environment to relax after a long day. The facilities were excellent, and you can really tell the hotel takes pride in maintaining high standards. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay. This is truly a very good and exceptional hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and great service. I will definitely be coming back!

Location was perfect, near all the interesting places to visit and in a lively neighborhood with shops and restaurants. Not only were the staff friendly and helpful, I could also see that they take great pride in their hotel, in the quality of service they provide, and in making every guest feel welcome. I don't often write five-star reviews, but Grand Hotel Bethlehem earns one easily. The Mexican restaurant is also very good. As a Texan, I'm skeptical of Mexican food on the other side of the Atlantic. I've been burned many times before. But this was great. I went in with no expectations, and then later went back a second time. Best food I've had this whole trip.

The breakfast was wonderful. Zaki was cheerful and sweet and made fresh, delicious personalized breakfasts. He and his wife were helpful and accommodating with every aspect of my stay. It is located very close to the entry to Bethlehem, so not safe to walk on the roads at night, but I still recommend it highly.

This was our second time staying at The Walled Off Hotel in Bethlehem and this time during the Christmas day - it was absolutely phenomenal! The service is impeccable at every level — from the moment you arrive, the staff provides full support and all the explanations you need. The hotel is spotless. We stayed in the same suite, which is beautiful, signed by a local artist, and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast is delicious, featuring shakshuka, hummus, falafel, fresh pita bread, chocolate croissants, sesame sweets, cheese, jam, as well as fresh juice, coffee, and tea. We even bought the mug they served the coffee in! The atmosphere is fantastic, with Banksy’s artwork throughout the hotel, a piano bar, art gallery, and a museum. Every detail makes the stay unforgettable. Truly a one-of-a-kind experience — if I could give 10 stars, I would!

Staying at Khan Ein Karem is similar to staying with friends who live in an amazing home. The setting and rooms are exquisite and the proprietors are warm and welcoming. The included breakfast is good with freshly baked pastries and fruit. We have been several times and cannot think of a nicer place to stay in the Jerusalem area
