Well equipped, air-conditioned with the Daikin, big enough room. Great self-service breakfast in the morning. Shared real kitchen, soundproof -- what else you can find for such money? As a bonus -- a small restaurant on the first floor (no smells, no noises). And the restaurant deserves a special review -- very traditional and delicious food, not healthy, thanks God. We were on our way from Northern Portugal to Madrid Spain, and found this place on the way. So that was a considered as a place for an overnight only. The owner was very welcoming, need to use google translate, as Portuguese is the only language... She also runs a small cafe shop, just across the street. There is a large swimming pool - it was too cold for us, but if you arrive in hot days, it looks great.

Great accommodations with living room common space, the room itself was really big and the bathroom was really big too! The host was really kind and when I was leaving very early in the morning she offered to make us packed breakfast beforehand - sandwich, cake, and fresh fruit (cherries and banana). It was really kind!
