Breakfast was great. Staff was always super friendly and attentive. Parking is fine. Location is great. A/C works beautifully. Pool bar has varied offerings which work great. Games room is also a nice touch, unexpected!

I was so happy to visit this region of Portugal. The highlands. I came to ski. And Luna Hotel Serra da Estrela was my Home Base. The hotel was lovely, and the staff were fantastic! The first shift Receptionist Tuesday morning was Super Helpful and lovely! Can you thank her for me? (I didn’t get her name unfortunately…) Also, a special thank you to Luis. We had dinner at the Restaurant Medieval. And it was Wonderful!!! Great, friendly staff, and excellent food… I will visit again for sure!!!

Breakfast was great but I wonder why it is served on the basement when it could be in the lobby with natural light...

Rooms are spacious and the restaurant is quite good

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. I really loved the way they displayed the historic elements of wool into the decor. The pool area was lovely. We had a nice quiet room. The breakfast was plentiful and had lots to choose from. Staff was wonderful. Large parking lots of spots. We took an UBER into the old part of the city for dinner and it was only about 5€. Free bottle of water in our room was a nice touch.

Perfect location for my stay in Covilha. The staff were as welcoming as always (I've stayed here several times before) and the room was exactly what I needed. Breakfast was good and the view from the breakfast room is spectacular.
