An incredible place. The windmill itself is exceptionally picturesque, and the views from the hill are stunning! Inside, it is very cozy and clean, with everything you need—including a small table on the back patio where you can enjoy the valley view over breakfast or sit in peace in the evening. The host sent very precise directions on how to reach the windmill and a diagram showing exactly which stone to lift to find the key. A breakfast basket was waiting for us on the table inside, and there were some provisions in the fridge. Невероятное место. И сама ветряная мельница на редкость живописна, а какие виды открываются с холма! Внутри очень мило и чисто, есть всё необходимое и даже столик на заднем дворике чтобы за завтраком насладиться видами долины или вечером посидеть в тишине. Хозяин прислал очень точную карту как добраться до самой мельницы, и нарисовал схему под каким камешком отыскать ключ. Внутри на столе нас ожидала корзиночка с завтраком, и в холодильнике кое-какие продукты.

Almost everything about this place was amazing. A great restaurant with reasonable pricing was a surprise. The room overlooked the river and views from your private balcony were fantastic out in the country and very relaxing. The spa was generally good with a few signs of wear and tear

The hotel is in a peaceful location, the staff were very welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice, and the staff were helpful with my requests, including helping me charge my car, which I really appreciated.

Our host welcomed us with a nice array of jams, fruit, and a bottle of wine. The property is absolutely perfect. It was tastefully decorated, comfortable, and very clean. We were welcomed to use their common areas, which was nice when we decided to have a down day from exploring. We would highly recommend this place to couples or families with young children. It is well located for those people that want to explore Coimbra and Piodao and have a car. It is located in a very friendly and safe village. What really makes it is how friendly and helpful the owner is.

The location overlooking a river valley was wonderful. Was able to park adjacent to the property and follow a short walk up to the door. Peaceful with sounds of the river overnight.
