Beautiful historic building located steps away from Ourém castle. Comfortable room with great air conditioning. Breakfast included. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The dinners and breakfast was excellent. It is truly incredible value for the money you pay that's rare to see and the food was delicious. The staff were also extremely helpful, they're eager to take care of any issues/questions you have. The rooms were clean and comfortable

The location is very close to the sanctuary and all the staff was very nice and accommodating.

This hotel is amazing, with big nice beds, very clean, and 5 minutes from the sanctuary. A pity we only stayed 1 night.

The location was directly behind the main Fatima Shrine and you were able to see the large Dome of the hotel behind. The room was lovely with twin beds as required. The breakfast was really good and we were able to attend mass in the chapel, although that day I think it was in German.

Close to airport, Nice landlord that came and got us access in the rain, and explained everything Extra Treats/drinks in the apartment at low cost, which worked perfect for us as we didn't want to go back out in the rainstorm. Thank you for that extra touch.

Great Breakfast. Front desk staff was very helpful. It was nice to be able to grab some beers and soda to take to the room. Great suggestion for dinner. Daily room cleaning 15 minutes walk to the shrine

It is all you need. Comfortable, cozy, good climate, near the main attraction. People is very warm and kind.

The hotel is 2mins walk to the church. The staff (cristina) is super nice! When i come back to Fatima i will check in to this hotel again.

Our family had a fantastic stay at Hotel Santo Amaro. Their family rooms has the perfect amount of beds for us and the hotel is in a convenient location within walking distance to the Sanctuary. One thing that impressed us was the cleanliness of the hotel, everything from the room to the restaurant and all areas of the hotel were sparkling clean! The beds were very comfortable and the hotel is quiet so we got great sleep while there. The staff is polite and helpful and the breakfast buffet was varied, our kids loved the selection of fresh fruit, pastries and more. We also enjoyed the outdoor patios where you can relax for a bit and have a coffee. We were sorry to leave this hotel as we had such a relaxing stay - we would definitely return!

I liked so much about this stay. Friendly staff. Great location. Clean rooms. Staff always happy to serve coffee when requested. The greatest storm since records began took place during my stay. Nevertheless, staff dutifully kept to their duty and assisted the customers in every way they could. That’s Fatima for you!

Everything was great. Staff was very nice, the room was very clean. We could leave the car in the parking after leaving the room, which allowed us to stay a bit longer visiting around.

The location is so perfect as we went there for our pilgrimage trip. Clean and spacious. Love it
