The property is clean, manicured beautifully, and very well kept. The building is beautiful! The rooms are laid out in a marble like stone with dark wood that give the effect of richness. I did not see a blemish. The staff are incredible! They treat every customer like royalty and go out of their way to assist where they can. A couple of people worth mention. Diego who works in the restaurant and bar. Superb individual! Very professional and makes an excellent whisky sour! Jośe, who worked on the front desk. Bridgette, who worked in the dining room who was pleasant and very professional as well. There were others!

The service in the breakfast was delightful, all the waiters were super friendly and everyday they did something special for my kid. The food at the breakfast doesn’t have to much variety but what was there was really delicious. I booked the hotel with half board and in the night the dinner was buffet. It was so much food and so delicious. Congrats to the chef that prepared the food. The rooms are really big and the bath was really relaxing.

The rooms were spacious, bathrooms updated, property was clean and reasonably priced. Tennis court was a plus.

didnt stay for the breakfeast couldnt spend the night for bed bugs in the sheets , no one to complain too at 2am , so dissgusted that i slept in my car till 6am and decided it wasnt worth the effort , do you guys want to work on a refund for me ?because i wont be recomending you guys either , thanks Phil senra
