Beautiful location with small walkable forest near by. Amazing birdlife, quiet and quaint. Rooms comfortable with quality hotel bedding. The small kitchen is more than adequate for small meals. Missing anything, the owner is quick to help. Best hostess ever and breakfast is exceptional!

This place is very well prepared and managed. Best location for Caacupe, yet tucked away with a big feeling of privacy and safety. Safe parking. Good internet and very clean. I think the price is more than fair: great value. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was a wonderful selection of many more things than we could sample. Many temptations, beautifully presented, with staff on hand to help and answer questions. It was elegant, and the decor a delight. A special aspect was the music provided, French covers of songs we remembered from the 1960s. We appreciated the carrying out of the name of the place, La Petite France. The greenery (plants) used to accent the architecture, making walking back to a room like a stroll through nature, was much appreciated.
