The wellness facilities were excellent. There was no waiting time for the indoor or outdoor slides, and we were able to use the pool on both the day we checked in and the day we checked out. Although the accommodation wasn't cheap, considering the 2-day access to the wellness facilities, it was reasonable. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was exceptional.

Everything is gorgeous and was above our expectations!!! Great convenient location, yet quiet on the heights. Lake Ursu and the gorgeous huge park 1 minute walk, Restaurants 2 minutes walk, Lots of attractions and places to go and easy access! Great steam room and pool, game room, great rooms and breakfast! And the staff is lovely!!!) We are very happy! We recommend it unequivocally!

Besides the Bear Lake and the hiking trails, the steam engine track and general nature\outgoing vibe of the place, Sovata basically is perfect for people who want to switch off and disconnect from reality for a bit. It offers little distractions and allows you to focus on what matters most in life.

Sovata was above my expectations!

Sovata was above my expectations! We loved the touristic area nearby the lakes. Also the food is delicious at Kali Restaurant! A friend recommended us this restaurant and we ended being a huge fan, eating each day there.

Nice place surrounded by the forest, the water in the Black...

Nice place surrounded by the forest, the water in the Black Lake and the Bear Lake is salted, warm and wonderful, the terrace Boema is very nice with live music and the people ar dancing on the dance floor, good food, a lot of souvenirs shops with hand crafts, very kind people. I recomand Sovata like a very beautiful destination for vacation!

It was the first time I visited Sovata.

It was the first time I visited Sovata. Quit being surprised about the place - seems to be well-kept and prepared for the season. Nature surrounds the holiday village! A lot of forest routes and alley to walk quietly.

Sovata is simply amazing, very clean and nice mountain...

Sovata is simply amazing, very clean and nice mountain resort where you can enjoy nice walks in te forest around the lake and you can swim in Ursu lake as well. The salty water is good for the bones and joints. I was eating in few places but the best was restaurant Club Dracula. lovely location close to the lake with a spectacular view. I absolutely loved the food, the ambiance, the location and the service. the food was incredibly tasty and fresh. The restaurant waiters were very friendly and not pushy at all. I would definitely recommend Sovata for foreigners as they have to see the beauty of Romania and they need to try the Romanian food like sarmale, mamaliga, mici, papanasi, steak, pastrav and the famous soups. I alsotried goulash and it was delicious.

The mini-hotel is located in a quiet place, the rooms are well organized, warm, well-organized kitchenette with everything you need. Parking on site, salt water pool for 4 people. The bed is really comfortable. Bathrobes are provided. Breakfast is brought in the evening and placed in the refrigerator. Breakfast is mainly meat, varied, there is a coffee machine and coffee.

One of the best family friendly hotel we stayed at anywhere in the country, top notch amenities and professional staff. We are seasoned travelers and rarely give this high rating to a hotel, but Crystal hotel deserves it. It is a bit pricey, but definitely worth it. We had a very enjoyable stay and will surely come back in the future.

The breakfast was great, the area is nice, it's a close walk to the center from the hotel and the restaurant a la carte food menu was acceptable.The massages were great and the saunas are well maintained and looked after.The restuarant and hotel staff were all welcoming and very professional.

Location, view from room, good variety of food, nice salt pool, clean hotel. Customers has to be smart with treatment packages, some time you don't need so much. Nice that hotel have EV charging station, but it's overpriced.
