Everything. The location was just near the forest and the ski tracks in the center of Kopaonik. The staff was very polite and usefull at the same time. The hotel has wonderful SPA center with everything you need. I enjoyed the very delicious food made at the hotel restaurant. All was just perfect. I`m looking forward to be their guest soon.

Kopaonik is the most beautiful mountain in Serbia and offers plenty of activities during the summer. The only downside is the limited number of restaurants serving truly high-quality food. Other than that, it's a wonderful destination for a relaxing and active holiday.

I didn't like anything.

I didn't like anything. Dirt, negligence, lack of care for tourists, crowds, potholes in the road, poor organization on the slopes and at the chairlift, rude people who crowded you or got in your way (as they said, they were Serbs).

We will definitely come back again, we are delighted with everything about this accommodation. All the best to the hosts, they waited for us, saw us off, helped us find our way around, the accommodation was clean and tidy and we received any help we needed.

Beautiful mountain but really need to be kept awake also...

Beautiful mountain but really need to be kept awake also during whole year to attract visitors. It is so sad to see that everything is almost "dead" . Hope someone will recognize potentials of this beautiful place

The city center itself is chaos, when not in peak season...

The city center itself is chaos, when not in peak season place looks almost deserted. Really bad infrastructure, roads falling apart, lacking parking, thrash thrown around the place, new buildings keep popping up without any sane planning. The ski slopes are nice when they work, but the real season is really short which means that when there is good snow it gets overcrowded, out of peak season most of the slopes are closed and you are skiing more on mud then snow.

Very comfortable and warm appartment suitable for family of 4-5 people, quiet place, has free parking, takes just 5-10 min by car to get to the Kopaonik ski lifts, host gave us walk around tour to the ski resort and great advices. We rented ski & gear from their friends at Ski Service Mičo Fišer, and were able to park the car there for free while spending all day on the slopes. What else to desire? :-)
