Wonderful hotel for a stop over going or coming from the airport. I stayed there twice. My room last night was perfect. Ask for a "balcony room". I enjoyed the very good breakfast on my balcony. Wifi was very good. The free airport pick-up was excellent even tho I arrived at 3.30AM. Highly recommended!

Just a wonderful Hotel with wonderful Staff!

I had a wonderful one-night stay at Olympic Hotel Kigali. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated the warm hospitality throughout my stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, offering everything I needed for a relaxing night. The bed was cozy, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm and pleasant, perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel’s location is also very convenient—close to key areas in Kigali while still offering a peaceful environment. I also enjoyed the food at the restaurant, with a good variety of both local and international dishes. Overall, Olympic Hotel truly lives up to its slogan, “Your satisfaction is our concern.” I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kigali, and I would definitely stay here again. 10/10 for sure

Mukama is an absolute darling. He takes good care of clients and is always ready to help. The staff are super friendly and kind. I'd go back just because of them.

It was my 2nd stay within 3 days in same hotel as I left my luggage here in store room before going to Gisenyi Beach city. On my return journey, I reached to Bus station and was assisted by staff to explain address to Motorcycle. Staff explained well and I was back to hotel but now in a different room because the room I took 2 days before was already occupied by some other guest. Actually I found that this hotel is most of time occupied by budget travellers. I enjoyed the same hospitality as my previous stay. As my current project will require me travelling to Kigali frequently, I will always prefer to stay in this hotel as it fit in my budget.
