It's a good hotel and good price

The receptionist who received me when I first arrived was very cooperative. All of them were cooperative too. But she was the best and I forgot her name

All facilities and services are excellent. The staff are really good and friendly. Room was very clean and organized supported with body care stuff.

The property is just off of main Madinah Street which makes the access to Sari, Tahliah and King Abdulaziz road an ease. It is also 10-15 mins (max) from the airport and from Mall of Arabia. The rooms are spacious and the amenities in the rooms were top notch. The buffet breakfast was fantabulous providing you both Arabic and English options to choose from. We had to change the itinerary due to unforeseen flight delays and the duty manager was not only responsive via Booking.com messaging but also graciously accepted our itinerary change request without any penalties. Overall, I will highly recommend this place for families as well as to solo travellers.

Staff were very kind and the room was very comfortable.

The staff are very respectful, responsive and professional. The place is extremely clean and it smells so nice. I loved the complementary drinks, it’s a very nice gesture. The location is perfect, everything you need is near by. I would definitely comeback every time to this hotel !

Prime location next to jeddah park mall, facility is perfect & clean. Staff are amazing specially the lady in the reception (Aziza) she always helpful & cheerful & did a lot of extra mile to us.

The hotel is superb! Especially the swimming pool, its good experienced. But only the night shift staff was the problem, delayed in responding to calls for the needs asked by us. Please do something to improve. Thank you!
