Everything was so neat and serene

Very clean rooms and courteous staff. Right from the receptionist, Abdulrahman to the small kitchen staff did their best to make our stay comfortable.

We had interconnecting rooms. The rooms were clean. Toiletries were provided. Breakfast was served in the room (we had paid for it). The staff in the hotel and at the reception was very courteous and helpful. The hotel is also accessible by wheelchair.

Every thing is perfect , especially people in reception, and I would like to mention the name of Mr. Abdulraheem who host us at check in/out with more than pleasure and welcoming

The location was excellent , the rooms were beautiful , the hotel is very clean and the staff were superb , very helpful, very pleasant and professionals. The rooms with the balconies overlooking the cafes made the hotel integrated with the surroundings.

The hotel is superb! Especially the swimming pool, its good experienced. But only the night shift staff was the problem, delayed in responding to calls for the needs asked by us. Please do something to improve. Thank you!

THE LOCATION IS VERY NEAR TO THE AIRPORT

The rooms was good and well furnished. I loved the hotel location. You can go nearby important places at a cheaper rate. I stayed 1 night here and I am satisfied with their services.
