Saudi ArabiaIt was new and very clean. Very high quality construction and appointments. The view was just like th photos. We loved hanging out for breakfast chatting with Kevin and Mandy. They answered all our requests and though they were busy, always stopped to comment or offer valuable information. Kevin arranged for a car for us and both of them were were mindful of our comfort and were never intrusive. Highly recommended. Compliments to Chef Ali and our best friend Lydia.

As ‘artificial’ communities go, Eden Island succeeds in creating an environment which feels surprisingly authentic - no mean feat. The accommodation is well-designed and constructed to a high standard, the grounds thoughtfully laid out (beaches included) to create an organic, natural feel, and the communal facilities (from gym to pools to padel courts) are absolutely first-rate

It's a beautiful setting with 4 beaches that you can alternate. The gardens are very well maintained and the staff are most friendly. We had troubles at first with faulty buggies that did not charge but eventually all was settled

Once you know the layout its perfect.
Once you know the layout its perfect. No fuss no hassle pure bliss. The Mall offers a good selection of food and beverage and great places to eat at. Fishing is wonderful and you should try going on a fishing charter. Great vacation spot and close to the airport.

Pros - you get a golf cart to ride around in the Eden Island...
Pros - you get a golf cart to ride around in the Eden Island resort, shopping mall walking distance with a well stocked grocery store (SPAR) and they have a great breakfast that is real value for money. The self catering apartments have everything you need for a long stay (including a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher). Can highly recommend doing a day trip to La Digue and Praslin.
Cons - if you don't rent a car it is rather expensive to take a taxi if you want to go to Victoria and the sights around the island.

The island is amazing.
Lizie, the supervisor of the reception team, is amazing; she is extremely supportive, helped us with everything, gave a lot of useful advice, and made the accommodation of my family and me much easier and enjoyable.

Ease of access to cafe's, restaurants and the super market...
Ease of access to cafe's, restaurants and the super market at Eden Island - as well as the pool and canals. The apartment and it's immediate surroundings were very peaceful, a fantastic setting in lush grounds with the sea just a moment away.
