If you’re looking to experience the archipelago within 30...

If you’re looking to experience the archipelago within 30 minutes of Stockholm, this is a lovely spot. We rented kayaks at the KAYAKOMAT, seam at a charming little beach Grisslinge, drove to nature reserve Björnö, and explored local nature trails. We’d recommend 3-4 days to explore this area.

Area was conveniant local shops /lovely Deli /lovely Marina Would highly recommend staying in this hotel. When we did manage to have breakfast it was very nice. Beds so comfy we slept in a couple of mornings. Loved Gustavsberg.

The location was good, very close to the Gustavsberg Porcelain Museum, which is well worth a visit. There are also several restaurants close by. The hotel itself is an older structure, is in need of renovation. The lobby is ok, but the reception is without staff after 9 pm in the evening. The standard room originally booked was a bit dark and small, so I managed to upgrade it to a larger corner room for 400 SEK per night. The new room was good.

The location was in the centre of town. Right next to the harbour. Everything was just a short walk away. The staff were so friendly and amazing. Helping us in every way possible. The hotel is a hidden gem in Gustavsberg.
