Cleanliness, the comfort of checking in without any staff, at any given time after the check-in time. The train station is conveniently close and the elevator goes almost to the train station. The exit was 50m away from the railroad. The prices are great, but I guess the cons make up for it.

Comfortable, clean, and the breakfast was very good. We even checked in early. Located close to the train, made getting to Stockholm very easy. We saw the world largest bunnies in the back when we were walking.

Clean and nice, close to central station

The place is amazing!! We had a metro station just across the street, plus it was only 3 stops away from the Central Station, which is basically the center for the most of the places. The place has awesome staff, helpful, smiley and nice!! Of course, I should mention the completed, nutritious breakfast they provide!! So highly recommended 💯🙏🏻 Tack 🇸🇪🩵💛

The staff and the environment

The room was very quiet and just the perfect size for a single person staying a week. Breakfast was very tasty, although it's the same every day so it might get a bit monotonous when staying a longer time. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was said that the room is cleaned every few days, but it was cleaned more often than I expected. Hotel is very close to the Stockholmsmässan, so it's a great place to stay if you're attending an event there.

Everything was very clean and well kept. There was a small kitchen with a microwave and fridge. The code and card system for entry worked well

Exceptional customer service! The front desk staff is wonderful and super helpful. You can ask them for anything and they will do anything they can to help you. Location in amazing part of town. Walking distance to subway station. There is a huge shopping mall And grocery stores close by. Great trails to hike as well. I truly loved staying here.
