New, clean, nicely furnished, friendly staff, close to stores, cafe’, restarurant, post office, highway, spacious parking place.

The location is very convenient, close to the highway so you have a super easy access. We were so tired after a long drive that we were fast asleep shortly after we checked in. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Close to the city center, quiet area and very quiet rooms. Decent place to stay for a night.

Spacious room. When we explicitly asked for the electric heater because the heating didn't work, the property provided it on the 2nd night.

Great hotel with breakfast, although a bit far walking to the center, still quite central in Ljubljana, also very close to the Tivoli park.

Breakfast and surrounding nature were exceptional.

Perfectly clean room, which was very important to us considering that we’ve traveled with the baby. They put the baby bed in our room without asking, which was very nice. The staff were so attentive and kind. Hotel is pet friendly - and we were greeted with a dog bed and bowls in our room. Our dog was also welcome to come with us to breakfast, in the dedicated area, which was very nice, we never experienced this traveling with our pet. Breakfast was great too.

The hotel seems brand new with its modern, clean look, helpful staff and popular bistro. The location (and free parking) is not in the city center, but the hotel is on a bus line that goes there (currently affected by construction). A taxi ride is only 5 euros to the old town.

The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help, ensuring high-quality service throughout the entire stay. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for both business trips and leisure stays.
