Beautiful location and fun activities available. Lots of neat sitting areas. Choosing dinner each night and having it made was fun. But out bathroom leaked and it made our place not very clean. A fan in the room would have made a big difference. Not much of an ocean breeze coming in the windows. They staff was fabulous.

For me, it was the perfect place. I had my own little flat/bungalow for several days. I asked the staff to get me a few things from the local market and there is a nice supermarket very close by so I could easily get what I needed to cook or for drinks and snacks. There is AC, Wifi, and cable TV. Even though it is not right in the center of town or some of the more popular places, it is just off a main road so very easy to get public transport. It takes just 10 minutes to get to the main hub in town. The value is excellent. So much cheaper than a hotel and with more amenities to be more self-sufficient. The host Sacha is very polite, accommodating, and laid back. His staff is very helpful.

The Country Lodge Hotel is located in Freetown. The property offers an outdoor pool and a tennis court. Free Wi-Fi access is available in all areas.
