The beach - Grace Bay. There were always plenty of towels. The complimentary breakfast with omelet station. The beds and linens. The understated elegant environment. The restaurants. All the food was terrific! The concierge was very helpful in arranging excursions and keeping us up to date. The spa was lovely and well run. Turn down service. Housekeeping was excellent. The other discerning visitors!

Located in an excellent spot, close to the beach and several restaurants were within walking distance. Staff was helpful and friendly. We will keep this hotel on our list for next time we visit Turks and Caicos!! Special thanks to our friend who took care of the beach chairs and umbrellas...Joshua!

The whole experience was genuinely exceptional. Foluso was an amazingly fantastic host. She was there to greet us when we arrived with a tour of the house. She even went above and beyond by doing a shop for us before we arrived so we would have dinner and breakfast. The house was beautiful, exceptional location, quite and well equipped. Not sure we could have asked for more.

Beaches property was everything you could ask for,...

Beaches property was everything you could ask for, everything is included, food and drinks. You have the French, Italian, Caribbean, Key West and the newest addition Treasure beach. Grace bay beaches are spectacular, white sand and crystal clear water. They also have kayaking, water bike and other activities.

If you like the beach, then you will enjoy the white sand...

If you like the beach, then you will enjoy the white sand and turquoise waters at Grace Bay Beach, but there's not a lot of shade. If you are at one of the resorts, you will perhaps have access to a beach umbrella. The rest of the island on which Providenciales is located--I would say there is not too much to do--some shops, rather expensive groceries and taxis. So if you splurge on a villa or a beach resort and like to just relax on the beach, this may be the vacation for you.

Beautiful place, lots of new and big constructions are on...

Beautiful place, lots of new and big constructions are on the way (resorts and hotels) - something to be aware. All the famous beaches access have mainly all-inclusive resorts, but you can find spots over there or in-between. The sport-activities are mainly for big groups with guides, and hard to find something more individual. Everything is in US dollar and you can use credit cards at most restaurants and resorts, but bring cash with you as well, mainly for tips, and other small things.

Good location, hot and sunny, but can be windy weather so be careful of sunburn. Great beaches and snorkelling; local sea life on the reefs is amazing. Easy to get about with a hire car (drive on left like UK so get a right hand drive car). Side roads are quiet. The central highway can be a bit frenetic though. Good seafood. Great local beer. Good shops to buy own provisions, can be home from home, e.g. with Waitrose goods! However, expect US pricing and tip regime; sometimes up to 20% and also add local taxes!

I was expecting more sights , overall extremely bad value...

I was expecting more sights , overall extremely bad value for money . Restaurants far too expensive as are products in the supermarkets . Staff in most hotels were rude or indifferent . (Beaches was the exception , with all staff extremely pleasant and professional ). The various Beaches are nice but could be cleaner. I will not be back .

Owner is very friendly and helpful 24/7. I had a suite i think :-) , which for one person is too large, but I won't complain. Room was very modern, boutique style 8 aparments whith all amenities. The best airconditioner in my room! Hotel premises are very nice, with great pool area and only 4min walk to the beautiful Grace Bay beach..

This small boutique apartment hotel really makes it easy to have the most relaxing vacation possible, No kids :-). The Tropical pool was lovely. Beach, bar and fine dining are only a 3min walk away from your room. The owner went out of his way to accommodate any requests we made. If you want to stay in zen mood this is the place to be.

Beautiful looking hotel set aside the harbour, the room was very big and airy and looked spectacular. The hotel had a golf cart to take us to the beach and nearby reef. There were sun loungers on the beach the hotel provided a continental breakfast which was nice. Lovely restaurant next door Baci.

The hotel itself was absolutely stunning. The whole grounds are very well kept, the room was modern and clean, the beach is small but still very nice and as it wasn’t busy, we didn’t have any problem getting a bed when needed. All of the staff were lovely and very accommodating.
