The house had absolutely everything someone could need, whether regarding the kitchen accessories (even having a Weber grill outside!!) or for enjoying the beach (beach chairs, snorkeling gears, towels, cooler, ice packs, etc.). There was also a variety of spices and basic things to cook, which makes it a lot easier rather than having to buy everything for very small use. Water 18L bottle also provided. The house is very spacious and comfy, and the very big terrace was also very appreciated. Would recommend anytime !

I traveled to Turks & Caicos alone this year for my birthday; however, this was the best experience ever. Mark & Lili were amazing hosts. They made sure they answered all of my questions about navigating the island & they provided excellent details about how to get to the resort & access the condo. I accidentally spilled something on the bed while I was there & wanted to know how to get to a convenience store to pick up some laundry detergent. They insisted on sending over their cleaning lady, who was so sweet & helpful by the way, because they wanted me to just relax & enjoy my birthday. Once I arrived, there was happy birthday decorations & a bottle of champagne & flowers. It was so beautiful I teared up a little. I loved my stay at their condo, they had everything that I needed. I would definitely stay there again. I received top tier hospitality & my birthday trip was very rewarding. Thank you so much Mark & Lili you’re the absolute best.

Not being from the island is difficult to answer.

Not being from the island is difficult to answer. Never really knew where we were, didn't care. It all seemed the same to me. However access to the beaches were practically in arms reach. Finding them wasn't difficult if your willing to explore, call them "happy accidents". Gas is expensive, but everything is so close we only filled up once--just to oblige the car rental company.

Everything was clean and presentable! Very secure, cameras on the property as well as physical guard at night to include the locking of the drive-in gate and walk in gate which you get a code upon check in for your use. The staff will retrieve a taxi for any and all of your travels when needed. There are two places to eat attached to the Hotel, Simone's for lunch and dinner and Jammin' Gelato for breakfast and desserts. Entire staff was very friendly and professional!!!

What a great resort - loved every minute of our stay. Very warm and friendly welcome on arrival. The staff could not do enough for you - especially Weine and Maureen - nothing was too much trouble. The hotel had a really relaxed and easy vibe and the food in the restaurant was delicious. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Very close to Turtle Cove, good surface interval place, nice balcony view, great pool, nobody there , glad we dodge the bullet with Hurricane Melissa. I had no clue there was a washer and dryer, all beach stuff in the room, cooler , portable lounge chairs, there was even a tv dinner tray to eat on , full kitchen

The hotel is located in Turtle Cove area, which has many restaurants nearby and the best off beach snorkel spot I have seen in over 60 countries traveled. It's not in the more busy Grace Bay area but if you want to head that way it is a short taxi ride away.
