Scheduled daily room service. But with NOTHING complementary including bottle of water. Even you are not allowed to take second piece of bread in the breakfast. 😀

Good location. Absolutely beautiful setting along the Laguna. Lush surroundings. For sure I will stay again at this hotel whenever I come back to Lomé!

Exceeded expectation! I stayed here for two nights during a work trip and was delighted by the helpful, polite, and efficient staff, wonderful room with an ocean view, good location and delicious breakfast. Happy surprises were that my room was upgraded for free to an ocean view and the bed was one of the most comfortable in which I have slept -- really exceptional! Breakfast was included with the price of the room and featured delicious fresh tropical fruit and good coffee with hot milk, which felt like a luxury! There is also a kettle in the room with tea and coffee, as well as free toiletries including toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, and other items that were all a welcome sight to tired eyes after a long flight! The hotel is in walking distance (20 minutes) to the cathedral, a beautiful neo-Gothic building designed and built by Germans over a century ago and recently restored -- the loveliest building in Togo! The hotel location is also convenient to restaurants on the beach, city transportation, and several Champion supermarkets. I will gladly stay here again and thank the staff for a wonderful stay!

The Room & Amenities The first thing we noticed was how spacious the room was—there was plenty of area to relax without feeling cramped. The bathroom was equally large, and we were pleased to have consistent hot water with great pressure throughout our stay. Cleanliness & Maintenance The property is exceptionally clean and clearly well-maintained. It’s obvious the management takes great pride in the upkeep of the building, as everything felt fresh and in perfect working order. Dining & Service The Staff: Truly the highlight of our trip. Every team member we encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. On-site Restaurant: Having a restaurant right on the property was so convenient for a quiet dinner. Breakfast: The included breakfast was simple but more than enough to get your day started.

First time to Togo. WOW greeted by the Owner Maurice. The Hotel is on par with American Standards. Daniel, Florence and the Eda the Cleaning Lady touched my Heart, EXCEPTIONAL STAFF even with the English/French language barrier. Then the Cuisine. Must try the Steak with Mushrooms Sauce. Security is Tight with Armed Presence. Outside there is a Pavillion with Projection TV and full scale Bar. Tried the Native Beer "Pils" taste is on par with Heineken. And lastly the Price. $48 Per night was a Steal😀 Very Clean room and they even use Moth Balls. For anyone looking for a 5 Star hotel but has a Shoe string BUDGET the Hotel Ambassador Annex is the place for you. STRONGLY RECOMMEND.

The breakfast was good but the choices are few.

All staff in the hotel is helpful. Good access to near beach. Security, WiFi are also good.
