The staff were very friendly, and the location is excellent - right next to the central parks. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. I would highly recommend this place for anyone staying in Dushanbe.

I stayed 2 nights at Grand Hotel Kangurt in suite room, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The suite was very spacious, thoughtfully designed, and spotlessly clean. The living area was comfortable for relaxing after a long day, the bed was supportive and cozy, and the bathroom was modern with strong hot water and good amenities. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything fresh and tidy. The hotel’s facilities are well maintained and complete. The lobby and common areas are clean, calm, and well organized, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout the hotel. Wi-Fi was stable and fast, and all in-room facilities worked perfectly without any issues. The location is one of the hotel’s strongest points. It is centrally located and convenient for moving around the city, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and daily necessities. The surrounding area is safe and quiet, making it comfortable both during the day and at night. The city itself is clean, peaceful, and enjoyable to explore, which added a lot to the overall experience. I would like to sincerely thank Sabrina, Saudat and Faranggis for their outstanding service. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with any request. Their professionalism and warm attitude truly made the stay more personal and memorable. Overall, Grand Hotel Kangurt offers excellent comfort, great service, and a very convenient location. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again in the future.

We stayed at the hotel from November 12 to 15 and were absolutely delighted! The hotel has an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk from the main attractions, with public transport, banks, and shops nearby. We had a spacious two-room suite that perfectly matched the description: toothbrushes replaced daily, slippers, robes, a tea set with black and green tea, and bottled water provided. The room was very clean and bright—no complaints at all! Breakfast at the restaurant on the 21st floor was great. The concierge team was exceptional—always ready to help with anything, even matters unrelated to the hotel. They checked us in late at night, waited for us, and assisted with navigating the city. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel like the most valued guests. We left the hotel—and Dushanbe as a whole—with the best impressions. If we return, we’ll definitely stay at the Aram Hotel again!

I stayed at this hotel during the Nowruz holidays and had a really pleasant experience. The hotel was very clean, the staff were polite and always helpful. They even gave me useful tips on where to go and what to do during the celebrations in Dushanbe. One thing that really stood out was how they handled a problem I had with a taxi driver (not connected to the hotel). The staff took the issue seriously, reported the driver to the local tourism office, and made sure I didn’t leave Tajikistan with a bad memory – even though it wasn’t their responsibility. I’m originally from Iran, currently living in Turkey, and I travel often with valuable equipment – so safety matters a lot to me. The hotel felt very secure, with an in-room safe and trustworthy staff who took good care of everything. Compared to other hotels I saw, this one was definitely worth the price. I’m planning to come back next Nowruz with my family – and I’ll gladly stay here again.

This is a wonderful hotel located on the 17th floor of a big hotel. We enjoyed staying here very much and we were very happy to select particularly this hotel. We actually stayed twice in the hotel, at the beginning and the end of our TJ holidays. By the way this was our best accommodation in TJ no matter the price. We got a large family room with two separate rooms and a bathroom. Everything was perfectly clean. The beds were very comfortable and the view from the floor 17 is of course nice. The location is perfectly in the center within easy walking distance. Within 5 minutes walk you can also find a bank to exchange money, a phone shop to buy a local SIM card and some nice restaurants (Citis Usta 2, Alove). The hotel also offers a free pickup from the airport, we used it and it worked perfectly. Thanks. It's always nice to have an easy start...

The staff is very polite and always helpful. The location is awesome as the botanical garden of Dushanbe located 10 min walk from the hotel. That park is amazing with a lot of different trees...

Fast internet, clean, specious room, hot water in shower, helpful and nice staff

It’s centrally located and very close to the main attractions : museums, Victory monument, Ismail Somoni monument, national library, Rudaki Park, shops and restaurants etc … all within walking distance. The breakfast was various, plenty and tasty. The staff were helpful and would do an extra mile to make your stay an unforgettable experience, my special thanks to Dilnosa (I hope I spell the name correctly) - our room was upgraded into 2BR apartment during check-in upon seeing we were 3 people with many suitcases. She even arranged a free taxi to take us back to the airport. She deserved employee of the year award!

I did not stay at this date as several times told you but if a person did not stay how to score the hotel. I could not stay at the hotel all the way to hotel was closed for foreign diplomat around from 40 countries

Breakfast and clean nice stuff

Spotlessly clean and our room was very spacious. The staff are very decent and the chef is great. She makes the best omelette. Also, the hotel is centrally located from parks and the mall. It’s very safe.
